WELL known businessman Geoff Livesey, has been given a send-off from friends at the Chamber of Commerce. Geoff, who recently retired as managing director of carpet tufting machinery manufacturer Cobble, has a long association with the organisation and is a past-president of the Blackburn Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the CBI Council, founder and chairman of Blackburn & District Enterprise Trust and a governor of Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School, Blackburn.
