The most cherished possessions were 16 Lladro porcelain figures collected over thirty years. Oil paintings worth £3,000 were also taken.
The couple, who live in the Pleckgate area of Blackburn, were holidaying in Spain when the raiders struck. Also amongst the haul was an eight bell ship's clock.
