ENFIELD professional Shane Lee produced a one-man blitz of the Ramsbottom attack at Dill Hall Lane on Saturday, but it counted for nothing.
The appalling weather meant that not one of the EW Cartons Lancashire League games produced a result and the programme will be replayed at a later date, still to be decided.
That means Lee's magnificent unbeaten 125, which included 15 fours and five sixes and came from only 85 balls, will be expunged from the records.
In a game reduced to 31 overs, Enfield reached 185 for four from 26.2 before the umpires went off because of lightning, then the downpours arrived.
"At one point the field was as white as Christmas Day", said Haslingden Mark Griffin after their home game against Todmorden was sleeted off.
Haslingden batted first and reached 178-7 from their 34 overs.
Paul Blackledge top-scored in the late 30s and Charlie Lord also weighed in with an unbeaten 30.
Ibra Ali was tormentor-in-chief with four wickets.
The visitors were 8-0 when the weather came after five overs.
Rishton's game against Nelson looked nicely poised, with Craig Smith having contributed 36 to the champions' total of 96 for five against excellent bowling by Alan Dawson.
A late start saw the match reduced to 30 overs apiece but only 26 were possible in the first innings and Nelson's South African pro Dawson defied the wet conditions to produce some outstanding bowling - 4-19 from 13 overs. The wet conditions prevented any hope of a finish at the Horsfield as Colne clocked up 157-8 with Ben Johnson scoring 59 and Stephen Woods posting a maiden half century. The Rawtenstall reply ended on 51-1.
Four wickets each for Jez Hope and South African professional Corrie Jordaan reduced Accrington to 98-8. Sub professional Peter Sleep scored 40. Lowerhouse were 14-1 when the rain arrived.
Church's match against Burnley was called off without a ball being bowled.
The rearranged date for the washed-out Jennings Worsley Cup matches is Saturday, May 24.
