BRIAN Strang, who had plagued England's batsmen in Zimbabwe during the winter, turned his attention towards St Helens CC at the weekend.
The Wallasey player hit 41 off 25 balls in just 17 minutes, which helped his side to 190-4 declared.
And he followed it up with 6-19 as St Helens collapsed t0 47 all out, with only Phil Roughley (19) reaching double figures.
This Saturday St Helens entertain Norhop Hall.
