A CONSCIENTIOUS councillor has clocked up a 100 per cent attendance record for meetings.
General purposes sub-committee chairman Coun Edward Fisk was top attender at Burnley Council meetings.
The former miner achieved a 100 per cent record for attending 53 meetings of the council and committees during the municipal year.
Labour colleague Marion Smith only missed one out of the 73 meetings she could have attended, while contract services sub-committee chairman Coun Abdul Aziz, attended 68 times out of a possible 69 and Coun Eric Selby 78 out of a possible 81.
Council leader Kath Reade managed 59 from a possible 79 attendances and Lib-Dem leader Gordon Birtwistle attended 55 times from 72 possible attendances.
At the bottom end of the scale, Coun Lilian Clark turned up 22 times from a possible 57.
