THE promise of the Labour government to impose curfews on youngsters does not seem or sound possible - because teenagers are a problem and nuisance for their parents within their homes. So how can they be kept in by force?
Parents feel relief when their children are away from their homes.
If they are kept in, more problems for parents will be created.
But these will certainly be of benefit for Labour on the jobs front - recruiting more police to make unemployment fall.
