A SUPERSTORE in Burnley has been awarded top marks for customer service.

Asda, on Princess Way, had to do well in key areas such as customers' loos; availability of products; complaints and compliments.

A mystery shopper also visited the store, as part of the Asda-run scheme, to see how well customers were treated. Stuart Smart, general store manager, said: "This is a very proud moment for the store."
