THE use of animals in experiments is being constantly challenged and the benefits of humane testing methods are being realised.
More and more people are going 'cruelty-free' to avoid funding animal cruelty.
Every year, Uncaged run a national march against vivisection and cruelty-free exhibition in Sheffield - this year's event, Rage Against Cage '97, is on Saturday, June 7.
This event has grown rapidly and attracts thousands of people, raising public awareness and providing an excellent opportunity for people to gain knowledge on many issues.
These include animal testing, vegetarianism, alternative healing, humane research, anti-bloodsports, cruelty-free clothing and footwear, live exports, etc.
The march begins at 2pm and the exhibition is open from 11am to 5.30pm.
If you care - be there!
