WE have learned from the tragedy of Dunblane that it is not just those who use guns, but also those who supply, who are part of the problem.
Just as in the arms trade, we cannot put the whole blame on the user. Most of the blame must go on to the supplier. And what applies with arms sales also applies in the drugs trade.
Not so long ago a brave woman gave her life investigating the drugs trade. Have we got that kind of courage?
