A CHEF who has catered for celebrities including Jack Nicholson and Mick Jagger will be cooking on TV for Rishton newsagent Lynn Smalley.
Lynn, who runs a newsagency in High Street with husband, Les, is to star in Granada's Tea in Ten Minutes next week.
Presenter Patrick Snell will be in Rishton on Monday to film for slot in the Granada Tonight programme to be screened on Friday, June 6, at 6pm.
Lynn, who is up every morning at 5am, has been selected for the culinary spotlight as a busy lady working long hours.
The chef taking over her kitchen is Paul Hogan, 37, head chef of the Auberge restaurant, Rishton.
He worked aboard the QE2 for 18 months on a world cruise and spent several years working on private yachts.
