LABOUR leader Neil Kinnock suggested that the Government had 'sought to mobilise' President Reagan's warning that his party's defence policy contained 'grievous errors.' The Prime Minister denied claims that the Government had influenced Mr Reagan's decision to speak out on the Labour policy.
