HOME Secretary Jack Straw took time out from his busy schedule to present an award.
Mr Straw visited Tom Team Manufacturing in Blackburn to hand over the IS0 9002 quality award to the firm, which manufactures carpet metals, brackets and wooden products.
During his visit he also toured the factory and met the firm's 48-strong workforce.
