CHEF Paul Hogan cooked up a treat of a TV dinner in the kitchen of busy newsagent Lynn Smalley.
Presenter Patrick Snell was in Rishton to film for his "Tea in Ten Minutes" slot to be screened this Friday during Granada Tonight, which starts at 6pm.
Lynn was asked to take part in the programme as a busy woman working long hours.
After filming at the shop Lynn runs in High Street with husband Les, they moved on to the family home in Blackburn Road.
Paul, head chef of the Auberge restaurant, Rishton, took over their kitchen and rapidly rustled up chargrilled tuna steak, new potatoes and a Mediterranean salad with balsamic vinegar dressing and parmesan croutons.
Because the sun was shining the family were filmed dining outdoors with Lynn, Les and son Andrew, 24, tucking into their tuna treat on the patio.
Lynn said: "It was a lovely day and the meal was absolutely delicious.
"It was so easy to make, so quick and healthy I'm going to have a bash myself."
