LANCASHIRE Lynx travelled to Cumbria with high hopes of gaining second place in the Stones Bitter Championship Div 2, but, after seeming to have the match under control, a sustained attacking show from the home side in the second half saw them run in six tries as they completely overwhelmed a disjointed Lynx outfit who lost 46-33. Man of the match for Lynx was Carl Briscoe. This Friday Lynx play host to bottom club Prescot Panthers in a game which they must win by a good margin to bolster their points difference.
