THE Prince of Wales won't be in Preston until June 25 but one man who's already met HRH is Fulwood health worker Gulab Singh.
Mr Singh went down to St James' on Friday to meet Prince Charles following a personal invitation from the palace.
The health promoter has been recognised for his lifetime commitment to ethnic health care. He has worked throughout North West Lancashire to establish links between black and Asian communities and the health service, and has helped to promote HIV awareness and sexual education.
