A FLASHER on a bike followed and then indecently assaulted a 17-year-old student in Penwortham.
The girl was walking by Old Tram Road/Factory Lane when the man exposed himself and grabbed her arm before making off on his cycle on June 5.
The flasher was in his 40s, tall and stocky and tanned with brown hair. He wore large glasses, navy tracksuit bottoms, a blue check shirt and trainers.
A week earlier, a cyclist of the same description indecently assaulted a dog-walker near Cop Lane Primary School, Penwortham.
Thieves threatened an off licence shop assistant on Hough Lane, Leyland and stole packets of cigarettes on June 1.
The two robbers were men in their early 20s, of slim build and 5ft 10ins tall. Both had Merseyside accents.
A passer-by who disturbed three car thieves in their work was knocked out cold with a blunt instrument.
The attackers followed the man in a red Peugeot five-door saloon, got out and hit him.
The victim suffered concussion, a split lip and bruising in the attack on May 30 on Fletcher Road, Deepdale. His 9-carat gold ring was also stolen. It is in the shape of horses and features a saddle and stirrups.
Two teenage boys stole a woman's bag as she walked through along Lancaster Road in Preston's town centre on June 2.
One of the culprits was tall with a skinhead and wore a denim jacket. The other was short, spotty, skinny and wore black shorts and a black T-shirt.
