COLNE twice fought back from weak positions to secure victory over Enfield in the EW Cartons Lancashire League.
Batting first, they were 40-4 before Gary Hunt and Justin Nutter put on 80 to help set a respectable target, 156 all out.
Enfield then reached 102-2 before a devastating spell by Glyn Sedman of 5-8 helped reduce them to 124 all out.
Nelson set up an easy win against Accrington by skittling them for just 71, Alan Dawson taking 6-35 and all the other bowlers contributing. Nelson made the winning runs with ease, for the loss of just one wicket.
Burnley failed to capitalise on some good positions against East Lancs, and were beaten by seven wickets, despite a good start by captain Peter Brown (39) and pro Dale Berkenstein (43).
Lowerhouse fell 44 short of Rishton's 142, with only John Bushell (21) and Andy Chippendale (22) making it into double figures.
