IT IS HARD to imagine a more cowardly crime than that of a half-blind, wheelchair-bound old man being robbed of his pension on his own doorstep.
Yet this was the fate of a 64-year-old Blackburn victim.
Fortunately, there was a witness who might help the police to swiftly catch this callous, evil criminal - to whom the courts must show not the slightest mercy, for he has not a scruple of it himself.
