POPULAR Alison Armfield has clocked up 25 years' service with Marsden Building Society.
She was congratulated by society chairman Roger Cornes at a presentation at Nelson head office.
Alison started work at the chief office in Nelson as a junior trainee in each department.
In 1983, she transferred to the newly-opened Barrowford branch as branch assistant before moving to Colne as assistant manager and then office manager.
Her home town of Burnley was her next target as office manager for six years.
She is now working from the Burnley branch as area representative and office manager.
A keen Burnley football supporter, her main hobbies are aerobics and socialising.
She is married to Mick and has a daughter, Lucy.
