WITH their World Club Challenge trauma placed on hold, fifth-placed Saints resume their Super League campaign when they visit Oldham on Sunday, kick-off 3pm.

The Bears - who now play at Boundary Park - will be licking their wounds after suffering trouncings by North Queensland Cowboys and Adelaide Rams on their trip to Australia, and are currently lying third from bottom in the Super League.

With Andy Goodway having left for Paris, Oldham are now coached by ex-Kangaroo Bob Lindner and their squad, as they seek a rare win over Saints, is expected to be:

Atcheson; Jones, Abram, Myler, Leuila; Maloney, Crompton; Gildart, Clarke, Lord, Topping, Faimalo, Munro. Substitutes Goodwin, Howard, Hill, Stephenson.

In that Bears' line-up both Darren Abram and Paul Atcheson are products of the St. Helens amateur league, while Western Samoan winger Afi Leuila made a number of appearances for Saints two seasons ago.

From the visitors' angle jet-heeled winger Anthony Sullivan will be seeking to score his 200th career try, 127 of which were notched in a Saints' jersey.

Referee at Boundary Park is David Campbell.

Chief executive David Howes has re-affirmed that he will honour his contract with Saints, which has another three years to run. Kick-off times in the forthcoming home games against Bradford and Halifax are now 6.35pm.
