A BAKERY is set to bring a smile to the faces of thousands of children.
Cherrytree Bakery in Burnley has introduced a new range of mini-muffins aimed at the children's market.
The Mr Muffin range has been launched after research into potential demand by the firm.
Said managing director Gary Entwistle: "Our research showed that there is still a growing market for treat-size cakes for children."
The firm also manufactures a range of products, including Chorley cakes and coconut pyramids.
Mr Entwistle added: "East Lancashire has a growing reputation for quality food manufacturers, particularly cake and confectionery."
