A DERELICT school building was described as a "death trap waiting to claim a victim," after the third arson attack on it in two months.
Several seats of fire were found at the former Everton School site, off Manxman Road, Blackburn.
Residents living nearby said the building was used by children as young as nine as a den for glue-sniffing and taking drugs.
