POPULAR Bury nightspot Waldo Pepper's will be closed for at least two months following a second flood in four years.
A mains water pipe burst outside the establishment's premises on The Rock in the early hours of Tuesday morning and water poured into the building.
The proprietors say all the carpets and fire boarding will have to be stripped out and replaced.
The flood is identical to one which happened four years ago, and closed the club for many weeks.
