DO the drivers of the black cabs which stand on Penny Street and Church Street, Blackburn, know the Highway Code?
I am sick and tired of the cabs on Penny Street doing a U-turn from their stand when facing up the street when wanting to go down.
The other day, it happened again. The driver even had the cheek to point at me to tell me to let him in.
The cabs on Church Street leave their stand and at the lights, do a right turn to go along the Boulevard even though there is a sign saying No Right Turn.
It is dangerous as they are turning into the path of cars coming up Church Street and of those turning left to the Boulevard.
I think that these drivers should have their licence revoked for a time, if not for good.
Let's have more police in the town centre to prosecute these drivers who are breaking the law.
