Angry Burnley businessman William Nodds is offering a £200 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person who broke into his car.

Property valued at £500 was stolen when a screwdriver was used to get into the Toyota vehicle parked behind his home in Todmorden Road. A radio, tools, a Toyota tool set and other items were taken.

Mr Nodds said: "It is not much the value of the property but the inconvenience and aggravation.

"It has made me really angry. I am offering the reward in the hope someone will come forward with information. I want the person responsible to be taken to court and dealt with.''
