THE P & R Laboratory Group, based in Reginald Road, Sutton, has announced the acquisition of the long-established Speke company James W. Turner (Liverpool) Ltd.
The integration of Turner operations, including the Bibby Sterelin agency, into P & R's headquarters forms part of the group's long-term planned expansion.
Since being founded in 1983, P & R have built-up a successful business covering the supply of laboratory chemicals and equipment, furniture and fume extraction, disposal and special waste transfer, and Rotogold glass blowing and manufacture.
Commenting on the acquisition, P & R's joint managing directors Rob Russell and Phil Orford said; "We sincerely hope that this will be a positive move for everyone concerned with the new expanded group. We look forward to providing an extended range of first-class services to our new and existing customers."
