I WOULD like to thank the staff in the ladies' department at Tommy Ball's warehouse in Blackburn for their help.
I was looking for some backless shoes because I have had a very badly blistered heel - and I haven't been able to get any shoes on for weeks.
One of the staff found me a pair, but I couldn't do with the back strap on them.
Another member of staff said she would send them to the repair room to see what could be done. I got a phone call next morning saying I could pick them up.
They had removed the strap that was hurting and told me that when my heel is better, they will stitch the straps back on.
What about that for service? And there was no charge. Thank you, Tommy Ball's staff and those in the repair room.
B WRIGHT (Mrs), First Avenue, Church, Accrington.
