ST HELENS' rising Rugby League stars are making a big hit Down Under.
The town has four players in the RJB Lionheart under 18s tour of Australia in Paul Toole, Chris Cook and Andy Fisher (Blackbrook) and Nick Camman (Pilkington Recs).
And Centre Toole has been in the thick of the action.
In the first game of the tour he grabbed a try in the Young Lions' 38-14 victory over South Adelaide.
And team-mates man-of-the-match Andy Fisher and Nick Camman also touched down.
In the second game, a 24-14 defeat at the hands of Adelaide Rams Juniors, Toole came off the bench to score a try.
Meanwhile, all four were due to play against Australian Developing States at Olympic Park, Melbourne, yesterday Wednesday).
And, a strong St Helens contingent has been in action in the North West Counties under 16s' tour Down Under.
Mark Tagg, James Hitchmough and Tim Jonkers starred as North West Counties defeated Townsville District 38-12.
And Neil Budworth played a leading role as they drew 24-24 with North Queensland.
