LEIGH RMI face a tough trek across the Pennines in the first qualifying round of the FA Trophy.
They have been draw against Frickley Athletic, to be played on October 18.
Meanwhile, RMI drew with a Manchester City X1 in a pre-season friendly which drew a crowd of 400 to Hilton Park.
Goals from Chris Shaw and Simon Kay gave RMI a stunning lead but City hit back for 3-2 before a Peter Smythe corner was flicked on to Lee Cryer who tapped in for the equaliser.
Atherton's top two amateur teams have been drawn at home in the preliminary round of the FA Cup.
Colls play Maine Road while LR take on Hucknall Town. Both ties will be played on August 30.
