DOUBLE act Lee Smethills and Damien Hack made it a memorable day for Astley & Tyldesley Cycle Speedway.
Racing in the Northern individual Championships, both riders were in hot form, winning every race.
Lee took the U16 title and Damien took the U13.
Matthew Helme scored 16 points in the U13 event, finishing fourth.
A & T's domination of junior racing in the North was emphasised as they took four of the top five places at U16s, with the runners-up spot taken by former A & T rider Daniel Hughes. James Mann totalled 18 points for third, ahead of Daniel Helme on 17 and Ben Wells on 16.
Lee Smethills performed impressively at U19s, scoring 17 points for fourth. James Carter of Heckmondwike won the title, two points ahead.
Astley & Tyldesley easily accounted for Hull in the Northern Junior Cup semi-final, winning 92-47 at Gin Pit. Martin Phillips was unbeaten, and there was good scoring all round including a fine show from new recruit Michael Chung.
Racing in British Veterans Championship at Poole, Mike Hack scored 10 points in the semi-final. Tameside's Brian Eaton took the title.
A & T won the Northern Junior Cup Final at Tameside, beating Heckmondwike 79-69.
Smethills dropped just one point while 12-year-old Damien Hack excelled against older opposition.

On Saturday A & T hosted the 4th round of the British Junior League series, finishing second behind Hethersett to maintain their challenge as overall third among 12 teams.
Final score: Hethersett 150, A & T 101, Wednesfield 100, Horspath 82, Poole 26, Tameside 20, Sheffield 13, Bury 12.
