CONSERVATORY roofing firm, Ultraframe, began life 14 years ago in a small workshop.
Today, with more than 500 workers, it is Clitheroe's biggest employer and has a turnover of more than £40million.
That's a big success story.
And just how really big it is, we will see later this year when the firm is floated on the stock market as City investors spend millions for a slice of that success.
But though the float will make Ultraframe founder John Lancaster even more of a millionaire, the firm's employees will be rewarded too.
For they already own some 10 per cent of the business.
It is great to see workers, who help enterprise thrive, being rewarded for their success.
