BUDDING badminton stars returned from the Lancashire Badminton Youth Games with an armful of trophies.
In the U13s Rachel Singlton (Walton-le-Dale) won gold with Ian Dockray, also Walton-le-Dale, taking top prize.
At U16s Catherine Brown (Walton-le-Dale) and Jonathan Smith (Penwortham) were winners.
Meanwhile, Preston & District Badminton League's new season starts again at the beginning of September with some 77 teams in hot competition.
