HELP is at hand for local students with A Level results queries.
Students with queries can talk to staff at the new careers office, 116 Bradshawgate, Leigh.
Rose Hughes, education service manager, said: "If pupils do not get the results they expect, either lower or higher than they anticipated, it is important for them to remember that we are on hand to offer advice and support.
"We have recently moved in to new offices in Bradshawgate, the old job centre, and have up to the minute details on college and university vacancies available through the Clearing system.
"In addition, we can provide information on local college courses and job opportunities.
"All our staff are experienced in giving advice and guidance about higher education, as well as alternative pathways for students after A Levels, and we will be working alongside college staff to help students on the day of the results."
Students who want to make an appointment should ring 01942 705800.
