WHAT is this world coming to when, shopping in a supermarket, you have to be swept up by a young juvenile delinquent as part of the rubbish as you contemplate your much-needed items? A long brush tapping at your heels does nothing to form good feelings between staff and customers. If you object, you are reported and threatened with the police and banned from the store.
I might add that I am a middle-aged customer and have frequented this store for two years or more. I wonder how many more people have put up with ignorant treatment from the staff and gone away feeling insulted. If you try to complain, the telephone number is unobtainable and gives no satisfaction to the problem.
