POOCHES of all shapes and sizes took their owners for a walk around Towneley Park, Burnley, to raise money for charity.
The walk, over about two miles, raised money for the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club's Health Fund and was one of nine taking place nationally.
The event was sponsored by pet food manufacturers Gilbertson and Page who donated bags of trinkets and food to be awarded to the oldest dog walking and the most sponsorship collected.
Nearly 20 owners took part with many having more than one dog to walk. The event is hoped to have raised about £350 for charity.
