A REPRESENTATIVE of the Hostages In Kashmir Campaign has visited Norway to attend the unveiling of an art display in memory of murdered Hans Christian Ostro.
Hans, captured by Kashmiri militants at the same time as Blackburn student Paul Wells, was found beheaded on a dirt track.
The fate of Paul, of Bracken Close, Feniscowles, Blackburn, and the three other remaining Western hostages is still unclear.
Julie Mangan, wife of Middlesbrough-man Keith Mangan, became friendly with Hans's family while awaiting news of her husband in Delhi after the kidnapping in July 1995.
