BEING an early riser - sometimes very early - I often hear the taxis and cars going back and forth up to the mini roundabout at Whalley New Road, Blackburn.
What disturbs me is the speed that these cars are going and the number of times that I hear the screech of brakes and cars skidding on the roundabout.
It is incredible that none has been in a major accident.
Is there no speed limit during the early hours and where are our police patrol cars?
