I WOULD like to pay my respects to Princess Diana.
She was a wonderful warm hearted human being who cared for the sick and elderly all over the world.
She will be remembered as a caring princess. She has given love to millions of people all over the world. She will never be replaced.
Blackburn with Darwen Council has designated an area where floral tributes can be laid in memory of the Princess.
I am certain the people of Blackburn would like to pay their respects for the wonderful work she has carried out, not only in this country but all over the world.
Flowers can be laid in front of the old Town Hall, King William Street, underneath the flag.
COUNCILLOR SALIM MULLA.
