I AM writing to inform other residents who visit their loved ones at Howe Bridge cemetery, to be on the look-out for heartless thieves.
On Sunday, August 24 ,while placing flowers on my dad's grave, my car was broken into and my purse was stolen with credit cards and other special valuables.
These thieves must have been hiding in the bushes. I was lucky I was not alone, but what would these animals have done to someone walking through the cemetery on their own.
This is disgraceful. A cemetery is somewhere you go to spend a few minutes with your loved ones, not to be robbed.
If this is going to be the case, I suggest some kind of security is needed.
