WHILE recovering from the shock and total disbelief of this tragic and untimely death of Princess Diana in that horrific car crash, I find the fact that neither she nor Dodi Fayed were wearing their seat belts in the rear of the vehicle very sad indeed, as it could have helped save their lives.
Maybe now is the time to consider fitting a device on all cars immobilising engines until seat belts are worn.
Some people think they are safer in rear seats, choosing not to wear them.
