A SPECIAL return to work programme to help people with mental health problems has been set up at Lancaster's Adult College.
'Work Directions' is designed to ease the route back to work without the pressure of formal training.
Jeremy Braund, of the Adult College, said the emphasis was very much on designing the programme to meet individual needs.
He said: "The programme is for people who have had mental health problems, who are lacking in confidence or maybe feeling low or depressed. We want people to go at their own pace and we will provide all the necessary guidance and support in a stress free and flexible way."
