WARRIORS U14s 0 - LEIGH R 30
WARRIORS put in an excellent effort but were unable to get on to the score card against a polished attacking team. Danny Woods was top tackler and Leigh Byrom was man of the match.
WARRIORS U12s 0 - ST JUDES 30
WARRIORS played with 11 players against an organised St Judes. The team were inexperienced but held St Judes well and should have scored.
Debut boy was Damian Greary and man of the match James Franklin, with runner-up being Stuart Brown. Top tacklers were Wes Loram and John Key. The team can be proud of their performance.
WARRIORS U11s 4 - ST JUDES 30A SPIRITED performance for the first game of the season, but Warriors succumbed to a well organised side in a game in which the score did not reflect the home team's performance.
The try was scored by man of the match Phil Briggs. Other notable performances were from top tackler Wayne Standring and player of distinction Matthew Astley on his team debut.
