DEEP down among the tropical plants, luscious green leaves and giant stalks lurk some unusual objects Tarzan has never seen before... cars!
But, for once, this isn't modern technology continuing on its ever-expanding domination of the world.
In fact, it's other way round, because the natural world is fighting back, by taking over a Blackburn car showroom!
And as any car salesman will tell you, working in the industry can be like working in a jungle, it's just that staff at Perry's Peugeot in Blackburn have taken the message to heart.
For the Whalley New Road dealership has invested in a whole range of flora to revamp their showroom, even though there are no exotic animals and staff aren't wearing leopard skin outfits.
And the only thing roaring will be the engines in the new cars as they are driven off the forecourt.
Bosses at the firm now claim the rainforest-like existence is boosting business.
General Manager Dave Walker-Smith explained: "The plants have made customers more relaxed and it helps them to spend longer in the showroom.
"Our regular customers have come up with various explanations for this phenomenon.
"Some have said the tropical environment gives them an elusive summer feeling, while others have suggested the plants improve the quality of the oxygen in the showroom.
