WOW! - I can even read the Lancashire Evening Telegraph in California.
Newspapers in Education, what a great idea. One snag is that a lot of kids aren't exposed to it because they are not on the Net. Are there programs to provide access? Could you increase your future customer base cost effectively by helping schools get on the Net?
I am asking this for somewhat selfish reasons - I'd like to stay in touch with family, particularly my nine-year-old nephew in Rossendale and e-mail would also be a great way to keep up with his schoolwork when he visits me here.

Footnote: The Prime Minister has promised every school child will have access to the Internet within a few years, so it may not be too long before all youngsters have their own e-mail address. Most schools in East Lancashire do have some form of Internet access, but they do not yet appear to make full use of it.
There will be several Internet providers who will put schools on the Net at some sort of discount rate, but it's a question of if the local education authority can afford it in the first place - Editor.
