RICHARD White, son of Leigh's £6 million Lottery winner, is to face a judge at Manchester Crown Court next month on a £1m drug smuggling plot charge.
White, 33, now of Pheasant Way, Leisure Village, Kirkham, and six other men are accused of conspiring to fraudulently import 300 kilos of cannabis from Spain earlier this year.
They were arrested after customs followed a lorry to a farmhouse in Leigh.
White had his bail renewed by the city's magistrates in the sum of £1m and a security of £150,000. All seven men will appear before a judge on October 1 for plea and directions.
Apart from White, the other men including Thomas Dawson, 46, of Green Lane, Leigh and Peter Jewett, 40, of Greeleach Lane, Worsley, were remanded in custody.
