ROCK FM DJ Kev Seed got caught up in a quarrel during the aftermath of Princess Diana's death.
The Breakfast Show presenter was furious when a man phoned the station mocking a previous caller who had sobbed on air about the tragedy.
So Kev traced the caller's number, which came from a Preston commercial garage, and gave it out on air. Within seconds, angry protesters bombarded the garage with calls saying the man was heartless.
The man later phoned Rock FM to apologise.
Kev said: "It was probably wrong to give his number out but I don't regret it. I was so annoyed and felt very strongly against what he said."
