THE mother of tragic five-year-old Dillon Hull faced a drugs charge at Preston magistrates court on Tuesday (Sept 9).
Jane Hull, who did not appear in court, is accused of supplying diamorphine, commonly known as heroin.
Sue McNamara, prosecutor, told the court: "The prosecution had discussed this matter with the court and the application is to adjourn this matter for three weeks for prosecution inquiries."
Hull's solicitor, Pamela Baldwin, said she had no objection to the adjournment.
Dillon was shot dead in the street as he went to buy lemonade with his stepfather last month.
The case was adjourned until September 30.
