AN innocent three year old child was knocked down and killed by an uninsured driver who was only fined £270 and eight penalty points.
Will the public support a campaign to amend the flaw in British law, which allows that only a minor road traffic charge totally ignoring the death can be brought when someone has killed on the road while breaking road traffic rules?
