ALONG with the current demand that the Monarchy should be 'modernised' goes another demand - that Britain should have a written constitution.
Those making this demand seem to be unaware of the fact that we already have a written constitution.
It is the Holy Bible, a copy of which is presented to the Head of State during the Coronation Service as being 'the lively oracles of God.'
It contains all the laws, statutes and judgments necessary for the good government of the people.
It would be interesting to know if anyone could offer a better alternative to the Good Book.
