LOYALTY is the most vital ingredient for a successful team, Scotland manager Craig Brown told businesses.
Just days after leading his team to victory over Belarus, Craig came to Ewood Park to give East Lancashire firms tips on how to win in business.
"You get loyalty by being a fair, impartial boss and an effective leader. You get it by making people proud to represent you organisation," said Mr Brown.
And he challenged the audience at the event, organised by ELTEC, to name the person who cleans their offices.
He said: "In football, doormen, cleaners and everyone else are part of the team and are valued. It is important to treat everyone the same and be consistent."
